Today I am in love with yellow. Aloha Lucy had a gorgeous yellow ruffle dress from Honey & Beau which sold out in 2 days!!! So I guess I am not alone.

I am always on the hunt for great images to inspire me. Yesterday I came across these underwater fashion shots that did just that. They are truly amazing. I love, love, love the emerald green dress. I think the models did well to hold their breath and still look beautiful!!

Isn't this headpiece by Melina Hollway amazing? Melina creates fantastic one-off creations to tantalise and delight. Melina also does a fantastic range of unique jewellrey and her clothing label Damsel in this Dress by Melina Hollway has to be seen to be believed. She will feature in our fashion parade on the 7th of August with her new range Forbidden Temptress. It will be an incredible night.

Holiday Time?

After the bustle of the last couple of days with our beautiful new stock arriving in-store, and our customers reaction to it, I think I need a holiday!!!! Bring it on. Maybe a nice glass of wine will have to do for now!!! Oh well I can dream.

Busy Day

Sorry for the slack posting, but I have had a really busy day in-store. Our sale items are flying out the door and the new season stock is coming in the door!!!! Bliss. I hope you enjoy the 'pink' pictures. I would love to own a car like that!!!

Honey & Beau in-store now at Aloha Lucy

One of our favourite labels Honey & Beau arrived in-store today. Honey & Beau always have gorgeous floor length gowns. As soon as I put the dresses in the window today, I had a bride spot them for bridesmaids dresses. She loved the floral maxi. The great thing about having this gorgeous dress as a bridesmaids dress is that the girls can wear it again.

Forbidden Temptress by Melina Hollway

We are very excited to be having our very first in-store fashion parade on Friday August 7th. We are launching label Damsel in this Dress by Melina Hollway's new range Forbidden Temptress. All designs are exclusive to Aloha Lucy. It is sure to be a night of temptation and fun!

New Display

A Great Day

What a great day I had today. I changed the shop around. I think there is nothing more refreshing than new beautiful displays. Now I think I will go home and enjoy a glass of wine......I deserve it!!!!!

A new label for Aloha Lucy - introducing Augustine

We are very pleased to include New Zealand label Augustine in Aloha Lucy's new seasons range. Due in-store mid July. (Sorry girls this was actually Thursdays post. I tried to make the pics bigger but accidently deleted the whole post!!!) I promise I will get better at this blog thing!!!! Anyway the pics are nice and big now.
